This new situation is not just a challenge for the people of Artsakh, but for all of us Armenians, whether we live in Armenia or around the world. It's time to demonstrate our nation's determination, the strength of unity, and our national capacity for mutual support, which is most evident in times of crisis.

Despite the acute domestic, social, employment, and psychological challenges, as well as the government's efforts to address them, and recognizing the unbreakable character and creativity of the people of Artsakh, we must not forget that the Armenians of Artsakh continue to represent our nation with immense potential.

We should not forget this potential and fully recognize the crucial role of supporting the entire Armenian community. Each of us should contribute to restoring stability in the lives of our compatriots and instilling a sense of hope for the future.

Therefore, the integration of Artsakh Armenians into all aspects of life in the Republic of Armenia is a crucial matter. Such efforts should be regarded as a top priority. While supporting our countrymen across various domains and facilitating their integration into Armenian society, we must not lose sight of the importance of preserving their dignity and identity. Only through these means can we assist the people of Artsakh and, in doing so, ensure their contribution to Armenia's future.
