Baghdasaryan Alina


Alina was born in 1973 in Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh. She lived and worked in Stepanakert until October 2023.


She received her secondary education at School No. 1 in Stepanakert. From 1990 to 1995, Alina studied at Artsakh State University, earning a bachelor's degree and qualification as a teacher of Armenian language and literature.


Alina has 26 years of teaching experience. From 1995 to 1997, she worked in Khnatsakh at the Avakyan Middle School, and from 1999 to October 2023, she worked at Elementary School No. 1 named after H. Abovyan in Stepanakert as a teacher of Armenian language and literature. Since 2015, she also served as the Deputy Director for Educational Affairs.


For one semester, she taught "Teaching Methodology of Armenian Language" at the Faculty of Philology at Artsakh State University.


Alina also worked as a proofreader at the republican newspaper "Azat Artsakh" and edited newspapers, books, and educational materials. She is a co-author of the textbook "Armenian Language and Literature: A Textbook for Applicants and Graduates" (2009), as well as its updated version, "Armenian Language: A Textbook for Applicants and Graduates" (2013).


She regularly participates in educational courses and most recently completed training in October 2022.


Alina has experience working with our compatriots living abroad and is proficient in using the ZOOM platform.


For many years, Alina has been involved in preparing applicants for final and joint exams in Armenian language and literature, and she has strong skills in information technology.


She loves her job, her students, nature, and art. In her free time, she enjoys reading and calligraphy. She is proficient in Armenian, Russian, and partially in English.
