The content of this Linear Algebra course can be adjusted to the needs, goals, and the Linear Algebra knowledge level of the student.
There are two overall learning trucks –the mixture of Linear Algebra and Analytical Geometry, and the applications of Linear Algebra in different branches of Mathematics. The students will be requested to identify if they are more interested in the first or second trucks.
For example, if the student is more interested in the mixture of Linear Algebra and Analytical Geometry truck and is new to Linear Algebra, we will study the Coordinate Methods in space, and after several tutoring sessions student will be able to investigate the geometry of hyperplanes, and the second order hypersurfaces.
If a student is more interested in the applications of Linear Algebra truck and has certain knowledge of Linear Algebra, we will study topics such as Differential Equations, Mathematical Modeling, or Projective Geometry, and how to apply known topics from Linear Algebra in these branches of Mathematics. For instance, the application of eigenvalues and eigenvectors in solving the system of first-order linear equations.
